We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note, our dispatch location is Switzerland.
International Posting.
Please note that Customs Duties may apply. Payments of Customs duties are always the responsibility of the purchaser. International postage will be first sorted in one of national mail centers of Swiss Post in Switzerland. It will then be sent either by air or road to the post service of the country of recipient. It usually takes 10 to 14 business days for your order to reach you. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns Policy.
Please keep in mind, we do not offer refund on a sales, promotion items. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
